"Father God, I ask you in the name of Jesus to bless my son Mark and I pray that Mark will walk with you all the days of his life. I pray father that you will prosper Mark with skills and means to minister to your people. I pray father that Mark will have a heart for the poor and the needy and know he is to serve others.

In your Word in Deuteronomy 15:11 that “the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

And I thank you father for giving me this son and for his desire to love and serve you. Father thank you so much for my new daughter Amy. I ask Father for a blessing for Mark and Amy in a special way as they start out today on their first day of walking together in Christ. I pray that Mark and Amy will have a full quiver and my father’s seed will continue from generation to generation. I pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus."
