On our return drive from an apparently tiring trip to the New Jersey coast, Timothy took the opportunity to procure my shoulder for a nice quiet nap. After several sway-and-bob attempts to rest his head on my shoulder, his subconscious-self decided that it was indeed safe to rest on the nice soft object next to him. I suppose I am grateful he found a place of rest and limited the risk of injury to his neck. (I truly am a good friend, am I not?)
